Editorial Guidelines
A transparent starting point for review. Please note the draft status before relying on this page.
Our distinction
Paid distribution is a service for transmitting or making an approved announcement available through a defined network. Syndication or publication availability is not the same as independent reporting. Earned media occurs when a journalist or publisher independently decides to investigate, edit, and publish coverage.
Accuracy and client responsibility
Clients should provide accurate information, approvals, permissions, and substantiation. Unsupported claims, misleading implications, deceptive impersonation, unlawful content, privacy violations, or material that fails provider requirements may be declined. Actual review standards and remedies must be confirmed in the written service terms.
No editorial guarantee
Neither distribution nor media outreach guarantees journalist pickup, independent editorial coverage, placement on a named outlet, Google News inclusion, search engine indexing, ranking, traffic, or business results. Publishers and search engines make independent decisions.
Corrections and attribution
If a factual error is identified in material we prepared or handled, contact us promptly with the exact passage and supporting information. The owner should document an operational correction process and any third-party limits before launch.
Status
This page describes principles. Any specific process, provider restriction, or service scope must be confirmed in writing.
Review status: pending business-owner and legal review.
